With the lake nearby, state forest just up the road, and the mountains a short drive away, the township of Eildon has a lot to do. Accomodation can be hard to find. If you like dogs, and don't mind swagging it on the floor, my spare room/bungalow is yours. I work nights,, and sleep days, so you'll have the option of hanging out, or using it as a pit stop. I've got two dogs, so you must not be afraid of dogs, as they are allowed both inside and outside. Room to park a rental car, a bike, wherever. Theft and crime is very low in this area.
