Split the driving costs but not necessary as long as there is a contribution. Because my bus is 21ft 5ft must be opened minded and flexible. I do have a hammock and switching tent arrangments are fine. My bus is fully equipped with shower, toilet, running water, power and heat. Keeping organized and clean is the key!
