There's a ton of outdoor things to see and do within roughly 10 miles / 16 kilometers of my house including the historical cities of Gelnhausen and Büdingen. The Spessart is a range of low wooded mountains to the south of where I live. The Kinzig is an 87 kilometer long river that runs through the river valley below our house. And the Vogelsberg is a large volcanic mountain range to the north of us.
