Hey! I am going for 10, 11 days to Medellin for a friend's medical procedure and I would like to take a quick tour of their mountains while doing something adventurous and help my body get it together the next day LOL... I am taking a full board package at my hotel so  I won't be dining outside. Someone wanna jump in? No translation service is required as I speak Spanish perfectly and I've been to Bogota many times so I am kinda familiar with transportation in Colombia. I've been looking at the spas; they are pretty affordable.
