Planing to fly into Puerto Montt and start the tour folowing the carratera austral till El Chalten, from there id like to visit Moreno glacier and Torres de Paine. the half point woud be Puerto Natales and more/less folowing nacional40 , (sith some gravel shortcuts) back up to Bariloche from where we cross the border to get to starting point.
